Terms and conditions

Our platform website is ruled by the Terms and conditions established in this document (applied also to all our future products, generally named "Services"). We kindly ask you to make sure you carefully read this T&C document, before you use any of our services, so that you understand the legal rights and obligations that apply to you (generally called "User").

 
As a general User, Seller or Buyer, you are agreeing to respect all of the terms and conditions that apply to you, by using any of our Services.
Whether or not you register on the website or create an account, and whether or not you ever buy, sell products or write a post on DRESSINGZ platform website, the first set of terms (found under chapter Terms of Use of the Platform Website) apply to all Users.
 
The section Buyer Terms and Conditions apply to Users who use our Services to buy products.
The section Seller Terms and Conditions apply to Users who use our Services to sell products.
Your use of our Services is also regulated by our Privacy Policy & Cookies.

Terms of Use of the Platform Website
 
1. Subject-matter of the Terms of Use of the Platform Website
DRESSINGZ is a registered Trademark owned by BLOO DESIGN TRADE, a public limited company registered in Romania, under Reg no. J40/13711/2020 and registered address is Calea Floreasca 246 C, Sky Tower Building, 8th Floor, 1st District, Bucharest, ROMANIA.
 
2. Creating an account
Anybody can surf through our website, with or without having an account registered, however most of the services are available exclusively to our registered users. To become a registered User, you need to create an account. Users can do this by using their email address and a password. They also have the possibility to  connect with their Facebook account in order to access all the features of the Platform Website. The Users have to offer accurate and updated information as part of the account opening process and they have no obligation to buy or sell anything on the Website. All users must be aged over 18 and have legal capacity to sell items on the Platform Website.  
In order to log in to its account, the user will fill in its e-mail address and the password that they created when they have  registered on the Platform Website.. The User is fully responsible for these personal identification details and must never disclose them to any third party. Also, the User is entitled to use exclusively his own account and is prohibited to use other user's identity. Should any User fail to comply with this prohibition, DRESSINGZ has the right to close an User account if he fails to comply with this rule.
In case of fraudulent use of their identity details, the User will inform DRESSING via any contact chanel - email at support@dressingz.com, phone - +40 724 01 02 02 -  or contact form found at Contact Us. The Users undertake to compensate DRESSINGZ should the latter suffer any damage or loss or incur any costs as a result of any other person accessing information in a User’s account on the Platform Website, if the User involved authorised this use.
Upon connecting with their Facebook account to register on the Website, users should note that they shall be asked to permit DRESSINGZ to access some information concerning their Facebook accounts, including their first name and family name, their Facebook identifier, their e-mail address, their date of birth, their profile photograph, their gender, their list of friends and all other public information contained in their Facebook account. For more information, Users should refer to the Privacy Policy & Cookies of DRESSINGZ.
By accessing the "Search by user" feature in the Search tab, Users can be found and they can also search for other users of the DRESSINGZ community. It is not possible to find a User by his/her last name or email address, but only by username..  The username can be publicly found only by the members of DRESSINGZ. No User can have the same username, for the username is unique.
 
3. Content created by Users
DRESSINGZ respects the intellectual property rights of others and accordingly prohibits the Users of the Platform Website from disseminating, downloading, putting online or otherwise transmitting any element that infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party.
The User creates Product Pages and they can also write posts on the social section of the Platform Website (called "Talks") or post comments about the Products offered by other Users. All of these elements created or posted by the Users shall be referred to as “User Content”.
Following these actions, that leads to "User Content" creation,  the User authorises DRESSINGZ to:
- Edit the presentation of the item photos, such as by resizing or cropping the photos and removing the background of an Item so that it appears over a white background.
- Use, share, store, reproduce any User Content, worldwide, for the entire duration of the protection afforded to these elements, in all formats, by any means and on all media, such as on the Platform Website and on its commercial documents, including "Social media posts",  “Alerts” and “Newsletters”;
The Users accept to guarantee DRESSINGZ against any claim, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including the fees of lawyers and counsels up to a reasonable amount, that are incurred by DRESSINGZ in connection with any claim brought by a third party over an infringement or violation of intellectual property rights by a User.
 
DRESSINGZ hereby disclaims liability for the correctness of any User Content or third party content, having no control over it. DRESSINGZ disclaims liability for the data or information that is uploaded by the Users, including any content that is put online or uploaded into a Product Page and acts at all times as a host. DRESSINGZ shall not have any obligation to check the appropriateness of such content that is posted or downloaded on the Website. DRESSINGZ shall be entitled to remove any User Content in case of violation of the rights of a third party and/or of these Terms of Use ruling the use of the Website.
Accountable for this information are exclusively the Users who post or send information to the Platform Website are, which shall not necessarily reflect the opinions or the principles of DRESSINGZ.
 
DRESSINGZ commits to respond to claims about infringements of intellectual property rights and to take action in response to any notifications of clear infringements of intellectual property rights as soon as possible. Please send an email to support@dressingz.com , should you have any claim or complaint regarding infringements of intellectual property rights .
 
The User has to ensure that all their acts and all the content submitted to the Platform Website comply with the legislation that is applicable to him.
DRESSINGZ hereby disclaims liability for any damage or loss arising from any activity performed by the User on the Platfrom Website, such as, but not limited to, loss of data, loss of a sale or purchase opportunity, any damage to the User’s reputation or interruptions of their activity, any impediment or delay in the performance of its obligations caused by any act or omission on the part of a User or arising from force majeure.
 
DRESSINGZ does not offer any warranty against damages caused by the transmission of a computer virus, malware or any other program designed to damage or destroy in any other way a functionality of a computer. It  is the User's responsibility to install anti-virus software and appropriate security applications on the equipment used, in order to protect them against any malicious program.
 
By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the User hereby authorises DRESSINGZ to use their image as part of the operation of the Platform Website, image that can represent them, which can be uploaded upon the creation of an User Profile or a Product Page or posting on Talks.
The Users hereby guarantee that the images used as part of the creation of their Product Pages or of their Profile do not represent an infringement of the image rights or the privacy of third parties.
This authorisation is granted for the entire period during which a User shall have an account on the Platfrom Website. Their authorisation  to use their image in accordance with the above mentioned terms and conditions, can be withdrawn by writing to support@dressingz.com .
 
4. Intellectual property statement concerning the Website
Reproduction of this Platform Website, or part of it, is strictly forbidden and considered an infringement of the intellectual property rights of DRESSINGZ and of its licensors. The content of the Platform Website (texts, comments, photos) other than the User Content is protected by copyright and trademark, internationally.
 
5. Rules of good conduct
The User shall use the Platform Website according to the laws and regulations in force and with the T&C mentioned in this document, in good faith. DRESSINGZ is not responsible for the behaviour of Users on the Platform Website.
DRESSINGZ reserves the right to delete any wrongful content or it may ask the User to modify it at any time. Users shall always conduct in a respectful manner whenever they create content - by writing a description, or by choosing the Username, when writing posts on Talks or Commenting to other Users postings. Users shall not post on the Website any racist, vulgar, pornographic, violent, hateful, obscene, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing content.
DRESSINGZ reserves the right to moderate the content created on the Platform Website and interfere whenever litigious behaviours are notified.
 
Users undertake not to undermine the image of the services that have been provided or to make any unfounded assessment of the DRESSINGZ Platform Website that could hurt its reputation.
It is prohibited for Users to  share links to other websites or identification elements of other websites on which the Products would also be sold. Users also agree not to disclose their personal identification details or bank details via the Comment sections in the product pages or in the Talks section. The Comments section must not be used for any purpose other than to obtain information on an Item offered for sale on the Platform Website. Equally, the Talks area must not be used for any purposes other than the described topic. Users formally refrain from contacting each other directly in order to negotiate and/or conclude a transaction relating to an item outside the Platform Website or, in general, in a manner that is detrimental to the rights or interests of DRESSINGZ.
 
6. Functionality of the Platform Website
DRESSINGZ aims to keep the Website accessible non-stop, with force majeure cases exception. Some technical interruptions may occur in case of technical maintenance operations, for the optimal Users experience. 
 
7. Disputes settlement
These Terms of Use are ruled by Romanian law.
In case of disputes where DRESSINGZ and the User fail to reach an amicable settlement, they agree to submit it to the jurisdiction of the Romanian courts.
 
 
General Terms and Conditions for “BUYERS”
Users who use the Website to buy Items  are scalled Buyers and are the subjects of these specific General Terms and Conditions.
 
1. DRESSINGZ Responsibilities
DRESSINGZ is acting as an intermediation platform between the Users, besides where otherwise specified for any given Item offered on the Platform Website. Each User shall never act as an agent or representative of DRESSINGZ and shall act  on its own behalf. DRESSINGZ disclaims liability for the contract between the Buyer and the Seller, or for its consequences, as DRESSINGZ shall not be a party to the contract of sale between the Buyer and the Seller.
The Seller is responsible to respond to any claim or complaint regarding the Items they offered for sale, their description and the comments of any User about the Product Page, and/or the dispatching and delivery of the Products by the Seller (whether or not this delivery shall have taken place as part of the sale, the exchange or the return of the Products), and any claim or complaint of this kind shall be referred to the Seller, which shall alone be responsible for dealing with same. Exceptions will apply in case the complaints for late delivery or for failures to deliver Products may be blamed on DRESSINGZ.
DRESSINGZ does not check whether the Product or the description of the Product in the Seller’s Product Page meets the Buyer’s assumptions. The quality control performed by DRESSINGZ shall relate to whether the Seller’s Product is accurate and confirming its description in the Product Page displayed by the Seller.
 
2. The Buying process
The prices displayed on the Platform Website are tax included, but excludes Shipping costs. The Shipping costs are displayed at Checkout, based on the address of the Buyer and the address of the Seller, before the payment phase. All of the costs shall clearly be specified in the Order summary, before the Buyer approves it. Additional custom taxes might appear for Buyers from non-EU countries, based on local regulations and these are exclusively Buyers’ responsibility.
 
When the Buyer confirms an Order, the sale is closed and its confirmation is the equivalent of the signature of the contract  between Seller and Buyer, allowing DRESSINGZ to debit Buyer's account. DRESSINGZ shall be entitled to cancel the Order and to refund the Buyer in case the Item subject of sale is not received by the Buyer or does not pass the Authenticity Check in case of physical check by DRESSINGZ.
 
The information concerning the Products is provided by the Sellers in English or in their original language.
 
DRESSINGZ shall get in touch with the Buyer in acceptable time to propose the cancellation of the Order and a refund (if payment has already been made), within thirty (30) calendar days following the confirmation of the Order, in case the Item ordered by the Buyer is unavailable for any reason whatsoever, after confirmation of the Order.

Buyers can negotiate the Price of an Item they want to buy, by sending an offer to the Seller, through the "Make an Offer" feature / button. The Seller may either accept it or reject it, or make a counter-offer to the Buyer, by accessing the “Make an offer” functionality.
The price proposed as part of an offer cannot be less than 70% of the Price of the Item, nor higher than the Price of the Product.
If a Buyer accepts the Sellers offer, he cannot be forced in any way to make the purchase.
 
3. Delivery process
When the item is sold, it is sent to DRESSINGZ premises for double-check, through physical inspection, prior to being sent to the buyer. Very few items, mostly sold by most trusted sellers on the platform, can be sent directly to the buyer, without the second inspection. 
The partner carrier, indicated  by DRESSINGZ, shall deliver the Order to the Buyer.
Based on the delivery address and the Sellers address, the Shipping Costs will vary, but the Buyer is informed about the Shipping cost in the Checkout process, before payment process and prior to final Order confirmation.
 
Any customs taxes shall be carried by the Buyer.
 
The delivery timing depends on the date on which the Seller ships the Item,on the adresses of the Seller, of the Buyer and the physical authenticity process. Delivery should not take more than 1-3 days if the item is send directly from the Seller to the Buyer. A few more days can be added to the delivery time if the product is sent to DRESSINGZ premises for double-check. DRESSINGZ will not be able to indicate the exact delivery date, but in case the Seller does not dispatch the Item in due time (up to 30 days), DRESSINGZ will cancel the sale and reimburse the Buyer.
 
If the Item cannot be dispatched due to wrong delivery address, but not limited to, the Item will be returned to the Seller.
 
After receipt of the Item, the Buyer has 24 hours to claim Return, if it’s not what he was expecting. However, we are kindly asking our Buyers to fill in the reason, so that we can follow up with the Seller if we notice there are irregularities or damages or clear differences from the pictures provided.
In case the Buyer wants to return the Item, within the 24 hours time frame, he shall go on My Account, under My Order and claim Return.
The Buyer will be reimbursed after the Item is dispatched to the Seller in original shape, with no sign of use. The cost of the shipping will not be reimbursed.
 
4. Payment Process
 The Buyer will pay the price of the Item, as displayed on the Platform Website, plus the Shipping Costs calculated based on the address of the Seller and the address of the Buyer by bank card, through Netopia 3D-secured payment system.
 
DRESSINGZ enables Buyers to register their VISA, Mastercard or American Express card details for payments in EUR, RON, GBP and USD. The Buyer must tick the consent box that specifies the authorisation of storing financial data, to avoid having to fill them in again when making another order. The payment details are not stored by DRESSINGZ, but by its payment services provider. The Buyer can remove any cards that they shall have stored at any point in time and can select a security option enabling the automatic erasure of their bank account details in case of resetting of their password, by visiting the “My Account” page. In this respect, MOBILPAY – registered address: Bucharest, 9-9A Dimitrie Pompeiu Blv, Iride Business park, Building 24, Room 4C, 4 Floor; registered in Bucharest, Romania under no. J40/9170/2003,  shall act as the data controller of the User’s payment data.
 
DRESSINGZ may verify info with the Buyer and request any additional info if needed, in order to confirm the Order.  If the elements he provided are purposefully mistaken end/or deceitful, in agreement to the verifications that are completed, the Buyer’s Order may be rejected and he will be informed by DRESSINGZ about the measure. 
 
5. Returns Process
In case the Item dispatched does not meet the Buyer's expectations, for any reason (wrong size, model, fit, or item different from photos), the Buyer has the right to claim the RETURN within the 24 following hours after the delivery of the Item, in My Account -> My order -> Return, within the due time frame. DRESSINGZ takes responsibility to refund the price of the Product that is returned, exclusive of shipping costs paid by the Buyer. These returns must take place in accordance with the terms displayed below.
DRESSINGZ shall refund the Buyer within fourteen (14) calendar days following the date on which The Seller receives the Product and does not claim any alteration of the it.
The Buyers shall be refunded with the method of payment that they used to pay for their Order - on the bank card. In the case of a partial cancellation, only the part of the Order that is cancelled shall be refunded.
 
In case the Item fails the Authenticity check made by DRESSINGZ experts, for any reason (it does not comply with its description in the corresponding Product Page, or it is fake etc) DRESSINGZ shall cancel the sale and refund the Buyer.
In case the Product respects only in part with its description, DRESSINGZ may ask the Seller, with Buyer’s prior agreement, to drop the price. If Buyer and Seller agree on the transaction, DRESSINGZ should reimburse the Buyer for the difference of price re-negotiated.
 
The Buyer can return the item, if the Item dispatched does not meet the Buyer's expectations, for any reason (wrong size, model, fit, or item different from photos), provided that the item is intact, its status is not altered in any way. This is why the Buyer must take specific care of the items, as DRESSINGZ is entitled to reject a return of an item that is damaged.
DRESSINGZ or the Buyer may cancel the sale, if the Item was not dispatched to the Buyer within thirty (30) days following the date of the Order.

2. The Selling process
The Seller commits to sell only authentic products and that the Product that is offered for sale is not counterfeit. 
The seller must have an active account on the platform in order to sell a product, with a minim selling price of 30 euro. The Seller will upload on the platform the item he wishes to sell, creating a product page that includes all information about the specific item, photos, and any other required details.
 
The seller must take into consideration the general guidelines for selling, like the item photos, item description, accepted brands as well as any other recommendations made by DRESSINGZ team, to increase the selling chances. All info must be accurate and matching the product’s characteristics.
In case the Seller wants to sell an item brand that it is not listed, he will submit the request and our Experts will evaluate its submission.
 
 
DRESSINGZ can accept or reject the Seller’s Product before it is approved online, in a 24-hour timeframe, notifying the Seller about its decision. In some cases, DRESSINGZ might suggest adjusting the Seller’s price, to match the market’s expectations in general. The price change is made with the Seller’s approval. 
 
When posting an item on the platform, the Seller agrees with DRESSINGZ commissions, depending on the value of the item:
 
51- 100 Eur - 15 Eur commission

101 Eur - 5000 Eur - 20% commission

> 5000 Eur - 17% commission

For example, if you set the price for your item 150 Eur, you will get:
150 – 20%x150 = 120 Eur

On the platform, the Seller can lower the price of the approved item.
 
The “Make an Offer” option
The buyer can make the Seller a price offer and the Seller can accept, reject or continue to negotiate the price, by making a counteroffer. 
 
The "Bundle" Option
The Seller has the possibility to create also special offers, by bundling the item uploaded for sale with 2 or more items, for a lower price than sold alone, increasing the chances of selling faster.
 
The Seller can remove the item from sale, or he can un-publish the Item and it will no longer be visible on the platform. This option allows the Seller to re-publish the item at a future date, without going through approval process again.
 
Charity Option
Sellers can opt to give away a small amount of what they are cashing in, for the items sold, by completing the Good Deed Maker option, when posting the item for Sell.
 
Promo Option
Every Seller can choose to promote his item, for a period of 30 days, for a 10 EUR fee payable when the item is sold. The promo will consist in prioritary listing on the specific category pages related to the item. After the 30 days, the item will cease to be promoted and it will be listed based on its upload date.
 
 
3. Delivery process
When the item is sold, it is sent to DRESSINGZ premises for double-check, through physical inspection, prior to being sent to the buyer. Very few items, mostly sold by most trusted sellers on the platform, can be sent directly to the buyer, without the second inspection. 
The partner carrier, indicated  by DRESSINGZ, shall deliver the Order to the Buyer.
 
Once the product is sold, the Seller must create and download the AWB from his account, pack the item and hand it over to the carrier, without any cost.

4. Authenticity process
All items submitted to DRESSINGZ are put through rigorous verification process, overseen by our experts, before being listed on the platform. First check is based on the photos submitted, plus extra details that might be required by our specialists and external experts (authenticity codes, stamps, holograms, stitching details etc). Some items requires a phisycal check as well - an authenticity check fee of 15 EUR is specified in the product page and will be paid by the Buyer at Checkout.
When the item is sold, it is sent to DRESSINGZ premises for a physical check, overseen by our experts and authentication external experts, prior to being sent to the buyer. Those items will display the Verified by Dressingz Experts stamp.
Some items are already in the DRESSINGZ warehouse, already certified by our DRESSINGZ experts and partner consultants. You will recognize them by the stamp Authenticity Certified
 
5. Payment Process
In order to receive payments, the Sellers must complete the bank account details into their member account, for DRESSINGZ to be able to make a transfer to their bank account. The bank account details, as well as name details must correspond for the transfer to be authorised by the bank involved. 
The Buyer will pay the price of the Item, as displayed on the Platform Website, plus the Shipping Costs calculated based on the address of the Seller and the address of the Buyer by bank card, through Netopia 3D-secured payment system.
 
The Seller will receive the set price of the item, as shown in the product’s page, after deduction of DRESSINGZ commission, in the following week of the Order Confirmation.
 
6. The Concierge Option
 
The Seller has the option to request the Concierge service, which involves the physical consignment of the products they wish to sell and their handling by Dressingz. The request is evaluated by Dressingz based on the brand, condition, and price of the products. If the products are accepted into the Concierge system, they will be stored in Dressingz's warehouse or showroom, and Dressingz will be responsible for processing the product listings and then delivering them from the Dressingz warehouse to the Buyer upon sale. After 3 months of storing the products under the Consignment system, if the products have not been sold, the Seller must retrieve them or may request an extension of the Concierge service at a cost of 1 EUR per item per month. The maximum allowed duration for a product in the Concierge system is 12 months.
 
 
Miscellaneous
DRESSINGZ is entitled to modify its General Terms and Conditions at any point in time, without notice and without any obligation to justify its decision, and it will be applicable the moment it is published on the Platform Website.  Users are under the rule of these Terms & Conditions from the moment they accept them - by accessing the Website or registering - and until cancellation of their account.
 
DRESSINGZ have the right to permanently ban a User from accessing the Platform Website, for specific violation of the T&Cs. DRESSINGZ may terminate without any prior notification the services provided, if the behaviour of the User constitutes an important contravention of these T&Cs.
 
Mediation
DRESSINGZ suggests that the User gets in contact with its representatives in order to try to resolve the argument amicably, if an argument emerges between him and DRESSINGZ.
DRESSINGZ and the User agree to submit it to the jurisdiction of the Romanian courts, should the parties fail to achieve an amicable settlement of their argument.
Any User may send a letter to DRESSINGZ, if he wishes to make a complaint against DRESSINGZ concerning the Platform Website, at the address mentioned above, or submit a request via the contact form available on the CONTACT US page or via email at support@dressingz.com.

Masina de spalat poate fi castigate de orice utilizator DRESSINGZ care a incarcat cel putin un produs spre vanzare in perioada 16 mai – 10 iunie. Castigatorul va fi desemnat prin tragere la sorti, pe baza produselor incarcate in perioada mentionata. Fiecare produs incarcat reprezinta cate o sansa de castig pentru utilizatorul respectiv.

 

Tragerea la sorti se va desfasura in data de 20 iunie, introducand toate biletele de participare intr-un software online, biletul castigator fiind ales utlizand acest software. Comitetul care va efectua tragerea la sorti este format atat din membri DRESSINGZ, cat si de un reprezentant extern, client DRESSINGZ.

Castigatorul tombolei va primi premiul in limita a 28 de zile lucratoare de la extragere.

 

Cele 10 vouchere a cate 50 EUR vor fi acordate utilizatorilor care au incarcat cele mai multe produse spre vanzare in perioada 16 mai – 10 iunie. Daca in top 10 utilizatori cu cele mai multe produse incarcate in perioada mentionata sunt multi utilizatori cu acelasi numar de produse, voucherele se vor suplimenta in limita a 5 vouchere suplimentare, dincolo de aceasta limita castigatorii departajandu-se prin tragere la sorti.

Un voucher poate fi folosit pentru o singura comanda si nu se poate cumula cu alte vouchere promotionale. Daca valoarea comenzii este mai mica de 50 Eur, utilizatorul nu va mai putea folosi diferenta. Daca valoarea comenzii este mai mare de 50 Eur, utilizatorul va plati doar diferenta, dupa introducerea voucherului in pagina de Checkout. Voucherul este un cod unic care se va transmite prin email doar utilizatorului castigator, dar nu este asociat unei adrese de mail, astfel ca utilizatorul castigator este responsabil pentru protejarea confidentialitatii codului de voucher pana in momentul folosirii lui. 

Voucherul poate fi folosit de catre castigatori pana pe 30 septembrie 2022. 

 

Participantii trebuie sa aiba peste 18 ani pentru a putea intra in posesia premiului tombolei, sa urmareasca contul de Instagram @dressingz_store si sa aiba in contul de user un numar de telefon asociat contului, la care pot fi contactati. 

Castigatorul tombolei va fi contactact prin email, si are la dispozitie 48 de ore pentru a raspunde sau a ne contacta pentru stabilirea detaliilor de livrare a premiului. Costurile de livrare vor fi suportate de DRESSINGZ.

 

Castigatorii voucherelor vor fi contactati prin email pentru transmiterea codului voucherului, valabil pana la 30 septembrie 2022. 

 

Perioada de desfasurare a campaniei este 16 mai - 10 iunie.

Angajatii DRESSINGZ nu pot participa la tombola FORGOTTEN x DRESSINGZ

Castigatorii vor fi anuntati in data de 20 iunie. Toti participantii ce vor sa notifice schimbarea detaliilor de contact o pot face la adresa de mail: support@dressingz.com.

Dressingz va stoca si procesa datele participantilor in conformitate cu prevederile Legii privind protectia datelor din 1998 si politicii de confidentialitate DRESSINGZ.

 

Toti participantii trebuie sa respecte termenii si conditiile.

DRESSINGZ nu isi asuma responsabilitatea pentru orice pierdere, furt sau intarziere cauzata de catre serviciile de livrare.

Nu se vor putea oferi alte premii sau echivalentul cash, ca si contravaloare a premiului tombolei sau voucherelor. 

 

DRESSINGZ isi rezerva dreptul de a utiliza numele castigatorilor pe site-ul si Instagramul DRESSINGZ.

Valoarea totala a premiilor este de 900 eur, incluzand TVA.

 

INFLUENCERS' CAMPAIGN
 
For all products uploaded on dressingz.com between 01.02.2022 and 28.02.2022, every seller has the chance to win a 100 EUR voucher. The voucher will be given to users that post a story with the uploaded item on their Instagram/Facebook account, tagging @dressing_store and one of our Influencers. There is a total of 8 vouchers available, each with the value of 100 Eur.
The drawing of the winners will take place on 01.03.2022 and the result will be posted through a story on our Influencers' Facebook and Instagram accounts.
The winners will be contacted by Dressingz on Facebook / Instagram or by e-mail.
 
DRESSINGZ GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
1 Dressingz gift vouchers are not nominal. These are valid to pay the total or partial cost of any product available on the dressingz.com site.
2 Vouchers cannot be combined with other gift vouchers, other benefits, or discounts.
3 Dressingz gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from issue. At the end of the validity period, the Dressingz gift voucher cannot be used or reactivated, and the remaining unused amount cannot be refunded in the form of another voucher or the form of money.
4 If the value of the product to be purchased is less than the value of the gift voucher used, no cash or voucher is offered. A gift voucher can be used for a single transaction. Its value cannot be divided into several separate purchases.
5 Total or partial conversion of the voucher into cash is not possible.
6 The beneficiary is responsible for the loss, destruction, or theft of the Dressingz gift voucher. If a Dressingz gift voucher is lost, a duplicate cannot be issued.
